Just wanted to let you know that Indy is one happy dog! We adopted this wonderful black Chesapeake Retriever one week before Christmas from your facility. It is sad that he had to spend 4 months in shelters but we so appreciate that you didn't give up on him. Indy is WONDERFUL. How anyone could leave him, I just don't understand.

Indy now lives a 2 minute walk from the beach on Bainbridge Island where he runs like crazy chasing seagulls & crows and swimming for sticks. He graduated from a 6 week obedience class and now is one polite and smart boy! He rises at the crack of dawn with a walk at 5:45am, escorts our daughter to her school bus each day, plays in the afternoon and takes a nice flashlight walk before calling it a day. He's played in the Pacific Ocean on the Oregon coast and will be traveling down Highway 101 this summer for two weeks of fun!

We got our dog from your PAWS facility in Lynnwood and were quite impressed with its cleanliness and how wonderful your staff handled the animals. I'm sure you don't get the recognition you deserve but please pass along our heartfelt appreciation to all of your devoted and hardworking volunteers. You do make a tremendous difference to the animals and their future families.

He is part of our family and I thank you all for your dedication to the animals you care for. We are so grateful!
