Kallie

In October 2003, I adopted Kallie, a beautiful little Rottweiler, approximately 2 years old. Kallie is blind in her left eye, let me tell you it doesn't slow her down one bit. In the middle of the night she can spot a cat at 50 yards, no problem at all. Kallie was a stray which no one came to claim, why I do not know. She is the sweetest dog that I have had the pleasure of being around for years. She is completely trained, to sit, stay , lay, etc., also crate trained. You can leave a plate of food on the coffee table and she'll walk right by and not even smell it. Now if it were a pig ear that might be a different story. She adores them.

Now as good as Kellie is there is one fault that she does have, which at first I thought was cute and that the beahavior would subside, wrong! She loves to watch TV. She will lick the screen, charge the screen, or stand in front of it with the spit just running out of her mouth. My TV is always slimed. There are two commercials that drive her crazy, she can be laying down and if they come on she charges the set. It's funny both of them are ads for Dodge trucks, I drive one how bout that.

To wrap things up, Kallie is a treasure, and my heart goes out to whoever lost her and couldn't find her. Their loss was definitely my gain. Please everyone remember to your pet micro-chipped. Thanks for letting me go on and on.

Kallie's Mom.
