You at PAWS
Through projects and programs at PAWS, kids make a difference in animals' lives and learn what it means to be a champion for animals.
Mini camps fostering a community of youth dedicated to improving the lives of animals at PAWS and in the community.
The PAWS Education Programs are in-person! From a six-lesson program for elementary schools, live workshops at PAWS, badge programs and projects helping animals, PAWS provides experiential learning to inspire youth and adults to take compassionate action for animals. Using research-based practices, PAWS Education Programs consistently show evidence of impact on attitude and behavior changes – helping create a brighter future for animals, the people whose lives they enrich, and the world we all share.

Bring the fun of PAWS to your living room! From projects, to events, to PAWS Academy, there is so much you can do to help the animals from your living room.
Our programs are only possible with the help of amazing volunteers. Explore our three volunteer opportunities and join our team! Volunteer with our programs, as an animal-handling assistant, or help makes things happen behind-the-scenes!
We welcome the chance to work with you and your group as you complete a project that benefits animals and the environment. Depending on your project we might visit with you at PAWS, virtually, or in your classroom.
Interns with the PAWS Education Team have led projects on demographic research, improving our evaluation systems, writing program curriculum, and more! We welcome the chance to work with people of all ages in our intern program.
