Cackling Goose

The patient of the week is a Cackling Goose. He arrived at our center with nearly two dozen wounds over his body and was not able to stand. Since his arrival, our vet team has cleaned and closed all of his wounds. Our staff has been performing physical therapy, under anesthesia or in a pool, to improve his leg function for the past two weeks. He still has a way to go to recovery but has made great strides and is now standing and walking.
