Orphaned Bobcat

In late April, we released a Bobcat that had been in our care for nearly 180 days! He was found last November orphaned and emaciated with a broken tooth and a heavy parasite load. After initial stabilization, our veterinarian team extracted the broken tooth and provided treatment for parasites. With further supportive care, he became strong, mobile, and eventually matured into an independent sub-adult. Once he could fend for himself, we released him back to the wild.
