Low-income Spay/Neuter

Hours & Locations

ATTENTION: We are currently unable to accept any new appointments due to a recent surge in bookings. Please check back at a later date. Thank you.

It’s raining cats and dogs!

We are currently experiencing a high demand for spay/neuter services at PAWS and booking out several weeks for appointments. Due to a high call volume, please be aware that it may take up to 7 days for your call or email request to be returned.

Thank you for your patience!

Spaying and neutering is good for the community and a great way to help our animal friends live longer, healthier lives.

Before you make your appointment

  • We offer spay/neuter surgeries for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens to qualifying low-income individuals only. You will have to answer a series of questions to determine if your household is qualified under the low-income guidelines. See the household income chart below, and if you qualify, proceed with making your appointment.
  • Review the fees to be sure you can cover the cost of the services. We do not accept spay/neuter vouchers and only accept credit, debit, or cash (no checks).
  • Please note: we are located in Lynnwood, Washington—approximately 20 miles north of Seattle. You must be able to provide your own transportation.

Appointments are required and are available on Wednesdays. You may use the following form to request your appointment online or call us directly at 425.787.2500 x800 to schedule an appointment. Due to high call volume, please be aware that it may take up to 7 days for your call to be returned.

Appointments Temporarily Closed

Once your appointment is confirmed, review the before-surgery instructions on this page so your pet and you are prepared. Filling out your surgery consent form before your arrival at PAWS will speed up the check-in process.

If you don’t qualify for our services, please see the list of other non-profit agencies that offer spay/neuter surgeries here.
