Duties: PAWS offers a program of low-cost spay or neuter surgeries to pets of qualified low-income individuals on an appointment basis. The Vet Clinic Call Team volunteers support the clinic staff by returning calls and emails from the public inquiring about the program.
Duties include phone and email communication, helping clients determine eligibility by asking a series of questions to determine if household is qualified under the low-income guidelines, confirming appointment availability, scheduling appointments and clearly conveying instructions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write and speak fluently in English
- Able to pay close attention to detail and follow written instructions.
- Proficient with general computer skills, Outlook and Microsoft applications.
Minimum age: 18
